SFRC (the ammosource.com was reaching the limits of its growth on ZenCart. The platform had served them well over the initial 10 years of the business, but growing demand on the server and lack of features was impacting customer experience and sales overall.

SFRC approached us to be their guide to migrating to BigCommerce. SFRC was a large online store with almost a decade of data (orders, customers products etc) and just scheduling the time to migrate that much data was a challenge.

Over a period of 4 months we prepped for the change and had a flawless cutover. BigCommerce has enabled SFRCs growth, fueled by world class customer service and fanatical attention to customer needs. We are now in the final stages of launching a licensing application that captures and securely maintains customer PAL information so its not required to enter it at every purchase.

We are also engaged with SFRC for video promotional material, Social Media graphics and insite tech support for local trade shows.
